Good morning and good afternoon. Thank you all for joining us. I’m joined by Renalytix Chief Technology Officer, Fergus Fleming, the Chief [indiscernible]; and as everyone knows, our Chairman, Julian Baines. So we’ll all be here to answer questions after the presentation.

Today’s review is going to be focused on three critical issues: our strategic pivot to partnered national distribution with Quest Diagnostics, our balance sheet removal — excuse me, our balance sheet renewal with new equity and our debt balance to 0 and future catalysts that we expect to come up. Renalytix in brief, for those of you that don’t know, we were founded in 2018 out of research from Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston and Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in New York City.

We are in the business of developing risk assessment tools. This is prognosis, and it’s critical in large chronic disease areas to understand specifically where your disease is going in large population diseases like kidney and cardiovascular disease understanding that equation early so that your physician and you can get on top of it, and you can change the course of those diseases.

Our first product, our lead product is kidneyIntelX.dkd, which is many years in development. It is an advanced algorithmic test, which takes both blood proteins and also clinical data out of a patient’s record into an algorithmic calculation
