Brunswick County Deputy helps choking infant

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A member of the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office helped a choking infant Wednesday morning.

The incident happened just before 9:00 a.m. on Highway 17.

A deputy responding to another call noticed a distressed mother while passing by, turning around to come help.

Deputy Moore immediately got an ambulance to the scene to help the struggling 11-month-old boy.
