Hundreds attend first day of 2024 Orange Street ArtsFest

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Guests flooded Orange Street to see several different art works on display in downtown Wilmington on Saturday.

The 28th Annual Orange Street ArtsFest kicked off this Memorial Day weekend, with plenty of guests showing up on the first day. The ArtsFest features pieces of work such as acrylic, oils, watercolors, jewellery, metal works and more. Dozens of different booths were set up on Orange and 2nd street, as well as inside the Hannah Block Historic USO Building.

The ArtsFest will resume on Sunday from 10:00am-5:00pm and awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as cash prizes. You can find out more information here.
