Towne Bank (TOWN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.7% to $0.25; 4.3% Yield

Towne Bank (TOWN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is an 8.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2023, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2023.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
